Hello and welcome to claire bloom, a special fashion label created with passion to offer women of all ages quality garments with an exclusive, effortless and timeless style.

I grew up in Wales, my mother is a talented seamstress and taught me to sew when I was just 12-years-old, igniting a lifelong passion for creating feminine styles with a twist.

 In 2005, after more than 30 years honing my design skills creating garments for myself, I decided the time was right to launch claire bloom and have enjoyed sharing my unique style with many fabulous women. Taking inspiration from a variety of sources including cultures, countries, books, films and life experiences, claire bloom garments are designed from the tranquillity of my rural workroom. I design from the heart and follow my instincts with the aim of creating beautiful feminine garments which will bring the women who wear them much joy.

My workroom is based just 15 minutes’ drive from Queenstown and includes a “style room” for private appointments. With a range of vintage claire bloom garments on sale and a team on hand to offer styling tips this is a great place for women to relax and enjoy a true fashion experience.
